About Us

Originally hailing from Montpellier in the South of France, our owner/GM Luc-André Duval has been passionate about food since he was young. After working in high end restaurants and hotels in France, England, and New York City, Luc made the move to Vancouver to bring to life his dream of opening his own restaurant.
